During the holiday season, enjoy the spectacular Christmas lights at the PEC headquarters visible from the front porch. This is an attraction not to be missed and guests of the Eichen Haus have a front row seat! This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises. For guests driving electric cars and needing an outlet to charge up, the chargers at Pedernales Electric Cooperative are a block away from the home for guests to use if needed.

After our crazy first day staying at a horrible Airbnb in Canyon Lake we decided to save our weekend and go with our original plan and head to Johnson City. Wish we would have went with this home right out the gate. Beautiful house beautiful location and the house had everything to entertain our kids. We had a great weekend and will definitely be back

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything there is to do in Johnson City. One of the biggest highlights was the host, who was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Communication was quick and clear, which made the whole experience seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we booked, Elizabeth was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, making the whole process seamless. The house itself is beautifully maintained and incredibly welcoming. We were greeted with a lovely welcome letter and, to our delight, fresh eggs from their ranch – such a thoughtful touch! My family had a wonderful stay at Elizabeth's home this weekend. We found the home to be very spacious, comfortable and clean. We could walk to a number of restaurants and shops and loved the entertainment room where my son and I played for hours. The best part was the service and care that Elizebeth provided us from the beginning to the end. I would definitely recommend this home without hesitation. 5 star for sure.

We had an extended family stay in this home and really enjoyed ourselves! The 4 kids loved the game room, all of the yard space (we even did an Easter egg hunt out there!) and the hot tub. Adults enjoyed the covered patio, spacious rooms, and ability to walk to several restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms were well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked. We felt like we had plenty of space for everyone, even with 11 of us there. Will definitely return!

Great location just off of 290 with LBJs boyhood home right around the corner. Quiet area for being right so close to the main drag. Elizabeth was extremely responsive, easy to ask questions of and communicate with. The game room was a huge bonus as were the separate living areas and the three king beds! Three bathrooms all with great showers worked out fabulously! Would definitely book again!

The house was amazing to say the least. Had plenty of space for my family and I. We loved all the different games that were provided with the house and the jacuzzi! Elizabeth was quick to respond back to me anytime I messaged her any questions I had. She also provided a list of places that were local.
