The fourth bedroom hosts a single twin bed with a twin trundle. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ There are three full ensuite bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is also a half bathroom in the hallway. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING ROOMS ☆☆ The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a pantry you may use to store food. There is a beautiful dining table that seats 7 and a kitchen island that seats 4. There is a large living room space with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ HillRod Ranch offers an exceptional outdoor space, complete with outdoor patio, TV, pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, and corn hole set. Gather on the back patio, complete with a propane grill, comfortable seating around a firepit and a table that seats 6, great for outdoor lunches and activities. Please note: the pool may be heated for a fee of $75 per day for the duration of your stay (pool can not be heated for only a portion of a stay). The outdoor temperature must stay above 50 degrees throughout the day and night in order to heat the pool. -The house is on septic and we ask guests not to flush any products (other than toilet paper) to help ensure an uninterrupted stay. - This is a working cattle ranch, and the cows will sometimes venture near the house. For the safety of the home and guests, there are 5 exterior cameras: 2 on back patio, 2 in the front of the house, and 1 on doorbell. -No parties or events. -No glass by the pool or hot tub. - The pool may be heated for a fee of $75 per day for the duration of your stay (pool can not be heated for only a portion of a stay). The outdoor temperature must stay above 50 degrees throughout the day and night in order to heat the pool. Otherwise, the hot tub will still be available. -No smoking. Smoking on the property will result in a $500 fine. - The indoor fireplace is not available for use. -By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises. For guests driving electric cars and needing an outlet to charge up, the chargers at Pedernales Electric Cooperative or Lowe’s Supermarket are a 5 minute drive from the home.

My family was in town for a nearby family reunion. Five adults and one grandchild. The house is about 2,500 sqft but felt much bigger! It slept all of us comfortably and was very clean. Giant sliding glass doors from the living room/kitchen area to the patio/pool area opened up the space and made it feel just massive. The kitchen was well equipped. We even found toys in the pool storage and that made our day because bringing the granddaughter wasn’t originally in the plans and we didn’t think to pack any water toys. Our host was amazing and so responsive. We had zero issues and can’t wait to come back.

Me and my fiance had the chance to stay here for a few days, and we absolutely fell in love with the property! When we arrived, we got to see the cows in the backyard and in the driveway. They were so cute and made the experience extra memorable. The views were gorgeous, kitchen was huge and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy but we spent most of our time in the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here!
