-No parties or events. -No smoking. -There is an exterior Ring doorbell camera at the front door for guest safety and property security - Thermostat cool setting should never be set below 70 degrees. Doing so could cause a frozen AC line, resulting in the AC not working. - The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). -Entire property professionally cleaned after every guest. Fresh linens and towels provided for every guest. *Cleaning Fee to be charged at time of booking.* Pet Policy: • No dogs may be left home alone unless crated. • No dogs on furniture or beds without protective blanket. • Clean up after your dog. Muddy paws, dog waste, excessive hair, etc. We will have paw wipes and waste bags. • Must be at least 1 year old. • By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. • Host retains the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations. • $75 pet fee. • Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $200 charge. Our family loved the house, super big and modernized. We enjoyed the outside as well and the showers are extremely nice. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and great location near down town. Our host was accommodating, We definitely want to stay at this house again. Thank you Elizabeth

Had a wedding in Austin and we took the opportunity to also have a family get together. This house was perfect for us. A seriously spacious master suite and three additional comfortably sized bedrooms. The living, dining, kitchen were perfect for family entertaining. And, a nice sized backyard. The House and kitchen were all well equipped. Elizabeth was a great host. So delighted we found this house; definitely recommend.

We stayed here the week leading up to my son's wedding. The home was exactly as described. It was spacious and very clean. The bed I slept in in the master was SO comfortable!! And the shower!!??? It was HUGE. I loved the rainfall showerhead. The kitchen had everything you could need! The porch was a great place to hang out, enjoy a glass of wine and watch some shows on the large TV in the porch. The lady who lives next door is adorable and very helpful! The house is near a giant HEB Grocery store and S. Congress Ave where there are shops, restaurants coffeeshops etc. I will definitely stay here again!!
