- A 30,000 gallon rain water cistern provides water to the house. We appreciate guests being mindful of water usage. -The property is located at the end of a long dirt road; the road can get muddy when it rains. -The house is on septic and we ask guests not to flush any products (other than toilet paper) to help ensure an uninterrupted stay. A trash bin is provided in each restroom to dispose of other products. -No parties or events. -No glass by the pool. -No pets in the pool. -No smoking. -By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Such a stunning home and even better scenery outside. We enjoyed PingPong and outdoor Jenga and will have to come back during the summer months so we can enjoy the beautiful pool! Elizabeth was such a wonderful and responsive host and we can't wait to come back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at Elizabeth’s place. We were with another family, and between us we had 6 kids plus a baby. It was the perfect spot for all of us to relax and unwind. The pool was perfect given the heat. There were all sorts of outdoor games. The fire pit provided lots of s’mores. The entire place was very clean and comfortable for such a large group. We typically cook a few meals when staying in an air bnb, and the kitchen had all the necessary items. We’d absolutely recommend this house to others and would love to visit again. Elizabeth was a fantastic host and very invested in ensuring we enjoyed our time.

Elizabeth's home was wonderful. It was quiet and secluded but only a few minutes from amenities. There was plenty to do on the property and it was in perfect condition. You can tell that she takes pride in providing a great experience.
