- A 30,000 gallon rain water cistern provides water to the house. We appreciate guests being mindful of water usage. -The property is located at the end of a long dirt road; the road can get muddy when it rains. -The house is on septic and we ask guests not to flush any products (other than toilet paper) to help ensure an uninterrupted stay. A trash bin is provided in each restroom to dispose of other products. -No parties or events. -No glass by the pool. -No smoking. -By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Fantastic place for a large group! Spacious and comfortable, lots of ways to entertain kids and adults! Beautiful ranch setting! Highly recommend! We had both the main house and casita for a large family gathering of adults and children - ages from newborn to 80. We loved all the covered patio space for sitting and dining. The kitchen and large dining table were great for all our meals. Rooms and baths are very comfortable. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and everyone enjoyed the fire-pit in the evening. I could go on.. everything was really perfect!! Elizabeth was friendly and a proactive. Great host!

We had a great stay during our weekend trip to Driftwood! The house was very spacious and perfect for our group of five. The property was quiet and peaceful but still within easy driving distance of wineries and restaurants. Elizabeth was very communicative and the check-in/check-out process went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here!
