- A rain water cistern provides water to the house. We appreciate guests being mindful of water usage. -The property is located at the end of a long dirt road; the road can get muddy when it rains. -The house is on septic and we ask guests not to flush any products (other than toilet paper) to help ensure an uninterrupted stay. A trash bin is provided in each restroom to dispose of other products. -No parties or events. -No glass by the hot tub. -No smoking. -By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning costs your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $75 pet fee. -Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations. -Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $200 charge. -Be aware that Texas Hill Country graces this property with critters of all kind. *Cleaning Fee to be charged at time of booking.*
