Very quiet, safe neighborhood in the heart of Austin. Barton Springs pool and Zilker Park are a mile from the house. Either a 7 min drive or 24 min walk thru the neighborhood. We can stage some Bird scooters outside the property for easier commuting. There is a plethora of restaurants and bars within a 1/2 mile as well as an Alamo Drafthouse. Getting to downtown is a 10 minute drive. Everything you want to experience is right down the road. We were in town for a family gathering and had three generations staying in the house. It was well equipped for the grandbabies and the fenced in back yard allowed for additional gathering spaces. We enjoyed near by parks and strolling to breakfast

We had a great time in this house for my wife's 40th birthday weekend. The house is beautiful, modern and looks exactly like the photos. The main room and outdoor space have a nice open, chill vibe, great for hanging out. Elizabeth was very responsive and even proactive, asking if we needed anything. It was a great stay and I'd come back here if we end up in Austin again.

Find us

You will be very central to a lot of what Austin has to offer. Whether it's swimming a natural spring pool, having a picnic at the park or attending a music event/festival. We recommend scootering or biking down to Barton Springs & Zilker Park. If you feel confident in your riding abilities you can make your way to downtown. Austin has dedicated bike lanes throughout the city. When the weather is pleasant outside, take a walk to the near by restaurants and bars. These places on local hot spots so parking can be a challenge.
